Customers have the right to return a product bought via our online RTW/MTO collection within 14 working days from purchase.  We ask that customers contact us by e-mail at kenwinsmall@crunonpareil.com or hellocrunonpareilllc.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We only accept unworn shoes in their original packaging as returns, additionally, we only accept shoes that indicate a mistake was made during our MTO/RTW process. For example, clear damage, deep marks, scratches or cracks, or stains to items (leather shoes, leather boots, luxury bags, or leather accessories).

Please note that MTM orders and Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

• Shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded.

• Returned items must be sent recorded with insurance and tracking number.

• The shipping cost for returns will be covered by the customer. This simply means that the cost of shipping from your country to Cru Nonpareil/Workshop in China will be covered by you the customer.
